USLM really has been a just what is advertised. Since My husband and I became Associates for USLM we have had nothing but outstanding results from the staff.
The communication setup is exceptionally wonderful. The very first file we submitted after we began our Best Method Program was submitted on a Thursday, put into Mitigation on a Monday, because I failed to turn in documentation. The team at USLM work my Clients file in less than 5 (FIVE) HOURS. This Clients home was going to be sold the VERY NEXT DAY.

Stan Schultz, Peggy Orye and the staff at U.S. Loss Mitigation have consistently stopped the foreclosure sale on every client I have sent to them. They have stopped the most horrible experiance that happens to an American family, the sale and eviction from their home. I have had clients that were three days from the foreclosure sale and Leah(loss mitigation specilist) stopped the sale the day before the sale occured evan though the lender didn't want to stop the sale. The borrower had tried for 6 months to negotiate with the borrower but could not.
Everone that I have dealt with at U.S. Loss mitigation has totally committed themselves to do whatever needs to be done. It is well beyond anything I would have expected. They care about our mutual clients. I simple did't believe that some of the problems I have sent to them could be saved and yet they performed every time.

FREE LOSS MITIGATION PROGRAM: "Works for Me!"
I am very glad that I choose the Free Loss Mitigation Program, after completing my 4 training cases, which didn't take long. I became very motivated by the fact that now I was entitled to 100% of the Fees charged to the homeowner. Although the commission split paid to the associate during the training cases was less than what it would be under the $395 program, I looked at it as an investment in a better program that would ultimately offer my business lower costs for services.

After having gone through a few of the loan payment mitigations, I really feel confident that if anything can be done, it will be accomplished by your mitigation staff. I am not happy with these other programs either. I don't like the direction they are taking, especially with copying your course and information and selling it as their own. I couldn't believe the changes, including providing the leads that you use to provide. I no longer feel that I want to consider their programs - because technically they are your programs.
Like I stated, they learned from you and are selling your ideas and course information. You sincerely want to help people and of course by putting the client first, the money always comes. This tone comes through on all the calls. In fact since I joined, you are taking LESS money from the associates - you lowered the fee to 300, the lead price came down (I realize this varies). You are giving the associates the lion's share of the fee. If anything, you can be accused of being a bad business person, putting the welfare of others first. You are too generous. USLM: My great respect for everyone involved in this. I had tears in my eyes when Leah's E-Mail came through that the lender and our client had agreed on a settlement and our client had sent the necessary amount to the lender. What a great and fantastic job. This package arrived at corporate office Monday, May 2, the sale date was Friday May 6, In 3 short days( 3 days) a settlement offer was concluded and paid. I still cannot believe this and neither can our client. The only reason this whole mess happened was this lady was sick and on her back for 12 months and could do nothing. The irony of this whole story which nobody knew about is the lender refused to talk to are settle with their borrower, because they already had a buyer for the property( a horse ranch about 40 miles east of Carson City Nevada). There was an appraisal about 3 months ago on this property indicating a value of $500,000. The balance owed was about $195,000. Some employee for this lender was going to allow an investor friend to buy this property and make some big bucks. Leah would not allow them to do that she would not back off or be intimidated. She forced them to accept a settlement. This is beyond a job it is a spiritual reward for me to be involved. There are no words that can express my appreciation as an associate of this company for the work that went into saving this families home and the home of 17 horses which are my first love. Carlton

I spent the entire weekend reading and digesting the course, and as a result of this, we were surprised with the number of clients we retained. Stan, don’t know if your remember me I purchased the Loss Mitigation and field Service Inspection manuals in 1998 (2nd Edition, 1997). I worked the program for awhile and then started marketing the manual for you to people throughout the U.S. you also sent a booklet about the Field Service Inspection business.
