Mr. Stan Schultz, BBA is a graduate of Averett University in Danville, Virginia. He has lived and worked in Tidewater, Virginia for more than 30 years. His company stands by good work ethics.

 

Mr. Stan Schultz, as been invited to participated in several prestigious academic researches studies from 2002 to 2007 with such institutes of higher education as Harvard University and M.I.T.

Harvard’s study focused on the Emerging Leaders in the Community and Economic Development. The study was entitled “Sustaining Homeownership Through Education and Counseling”.

The most recent study was completed in 2007 with Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) out of Cambridge Massachusetts. The study focused on loss mitigation strategy from the perspective of the servicer to investor contractual relationship.
